No worry!
Well the program i use is Themes Creator from SE. You can find it in here, [link] it's not a direct link but it has the links for download, for MS or Mac. I've updated mine by searching this site, the new version has a direct uploader for the mobile phone. There are also a few tutorials in the website. Enjoy and i hope to see some of your themes in the future.;)

Hi there, Kitishin!
If you mean the "glass" effect of the hightlights of the menus, i've made the picture file through photoshop.
i start with a transperant background layer, then i created a new layer, which is an optional layer, just use it in case you want a colour for the "glass", and play with opacity on the layer until you get what you want.
the 3rd layer its the light reflection, use the same steps used for the 2nd layer, but fill the layer using the gradient tool, usually white to background colour, with the opacity at 50>75%.
then use the eraser tool,to get that "reflection cut" effect. If you mean the top of the menu, the tab of the menus, just make a good size picture with a transperant background and save it.
Both files, i usually save them as .PNG file, don't know if JPEG works as well as PNG. Hope i've answered your question, sorry about the enourmous reply, but i tried my best to short it out. :S
P.S.: your english is pretty good,i hope mine its good as well.:)

Hi!
Sorry if i didn't answer your question in the previous reply. About the question, unfortunelly i don't use any other program besides Photoshop and the themes creator,i just use these 2.
But when i'm saving a theme on the themes creator, the program while its saving the theme it says that its converting colours for the specified mobile phone. And basically that's it...maybe your theme creator needs a update of some sort, i can't see other explanation.
Try also diferent colour modes when creating a new file in photoshop, other than that i don't see any more solutions.Sorry if i can't help you more in this subject. Hope you can find a solution and create great works.
Good luck.;)
